Peeshee is home!!!!!

Thank you all for keeping Peeshee in your thoughts and prayers and taking the time to look for her. I received a phone call today from someone in Imperial Beach who had been taking care of her for the past week. She was looking in the classifieds today and saw the ad for Peeshee and phoned. We had a joyous re-union this afternoon. She is now safe and sound at the yoga studio catching up on a lot of sleep.

During her absence I have learned valuable lessons in faith, and the power of support from friends and strangers. The response from the Bamboo/Coronado Community was overwhelming. I have received over 50 emails from all over, including a few from Arizona,Colorado and even one from Nepal. At the Saturday morning class Laura Plum lead us in an om loud enough for Peeshee to hear and follow home. I am flooded with gratitude for the cradle of safety you all created for me during this time.

I wish to share my joy with you all and look forward to seeing each of you very soon.

Welcome to the Bamboo Community Bamboo Yoga Studio and Bodywork Center was created to bring people together as they learn more about themselves through the practice of yoga and other disciplines. Although, classes at Bamboo can improve health, vitality, relieve emotional stress, improve athletics, or strengthen your body, the journey has only just begun. The classes here are designed to improve the quality of life in many subtle ways. We encourage you to try the many different disciplines that are offered at Bamboo.

Exploring deep with in ourselves through the practices of yoga and other disciplines we may find peace. Peace within brings a variety of side effects. These are health, love, abundance, strength, and vitality to name a few. These effects are gifts from the endless journey of self/spirit awareness and acceptance. They can not be found by searching outside of our selves. They can not be obtained with money, power, or beauty. For that matter they can not be obtained. They flow through our lives at any given moment. Albert Einstein had said "Peace cannot be kept by force; it can only be achieved by understanding" Let us begin to understand ourselves.
