Thank you for booking an appointment with Bamboo Yoga & Bodywork Center. When you book your appointment you may arrive 5 minutes in advance to prepare for your session. Prior to your treatment, your therapist will discuss any concerns you might have including special areas of tension or difficulty. Please wear loose fitting and comfortable clothing. enjoy!
