What is Pilates?
Developed
by the late Joseph Pilates, these class exercises will strengthen,
lengthen and tone the body without stress and without adding
bulk. Abs will tighten define, upper back tension and lower
back pain will be eliminated. Students will experience immediate
improvement in posture, flexibility and balance. With dedicated
practice, students will notice dramatic body transformations.
(gentle, beginning and level 1 & 2 classes are available.
